Summer Sports Festival
Tournament rules: The tournament will be played unter the rules of the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) and will follow the tournament regulations of the Bavarian Table Tennis Association (BTTV), ("Bestimmungen für Veranstaltungen in Turnierform" of BTTV (WO Abschnitt D)). Matches will be best of five sets.
Tournament schedule Juni 8nd 2024, 9am - 6pm
The sports hall will be open from 8:30am
Planned competitions: Men's and women's singles and doubles and mixed doubles
Planned playing levels: A (very good club players), B (club players), C (hobby players)
A round-robin format will be used in the preliminary rounds followed by a knock out round.
We reserve the right to make changes to the tournament schedule and playing levels at any time depending on various factors such as participant numbers.
Warm-Up: Maximum of 2-3 minutes before each game.
Please make sure to wear regular sports clothes (specifically clean trainers and no white shirts).
Player registration Please register at the tournament desk at the sports hall before 8.45am.
Facilities in the sports hall
There are 12 tables available in the sports hall and matches will be played with white competition balls.
Changing rooms and showers are available.
Food and soft drinks will be provided.
Closing dinner Following the tournament we would like you all to join us for dinner at a restaurant. You will be able to choose whatever the menu has to offer. It will be charged at your own expenses.
