By signing this mandate form, I (We) authorise (A) Team München e.V, to send instructions to my (our) bank to debit my (our) account and (B) my (our) bank to debit my (our) account in accordance with the instructions from Team München e.V. with subscription No. DE63ZZZ00001197076 As part of my (our) rights, I am (we are) entitled to a refund from my (our) bank under the terms and conditions of my (our) agreement with my (our) bank. A refund must be claimed within 8 weeks starting from the date on which your account was debited. I (we) agree that the 14 calendar days Deadline for the announcement of direct debit collections will be shortened up to four calendar days before the due date of the direct debit payment. For recurring direct debits with the same direct debit amount a one-time notice before the first direct debit is sufficient. The mandate reference shall be notified separately. Note: Your rights regarding the above mandate are explained in a statement that you can obtain from your bank.
